The ACTIV-DRI Flip Top Vial is an easy to open and close container for packaging your product.  It is integrated with the patented CSP TECHNOLOGIES®^TM polymer material to engineer a container to maintain a dry internal environment for your product. 

 

The lid and vial are one piece so that the lid can not be detached from the vial.  The integral closure provides a moisture tight seal, even after repeated openings. Unlike traditional two piece vials with desiccated stoppers or desiccant inserts, the Flip Top Vial creates an impenetrable moisture barrier by surrounding your product with the patented desiccant polymer.  The Flip Top Vial ensures product protection throughout Shelf Life and Consumer Use Life.

Consumers in international consumer studies preferred the Flip Top Vial to two piece containers.  The Flip Top Vial can be easily opened and resealed with one hand.  The force required to open the Flip Top Vial is less than one half of what is required to open a stopper vial.

The Arthritis Foundation has recognized the product for its ease of use.

The ACTIV-DRI Flip Top Vial is a container with an integral closure.  They are injection molded together as one piece so there is no mismatching between sizes or additional parts to inventory. The patented process of closing the Flip Top Vial while in the mold ensures the seal integrity.

The Vials are supplied closed so there is no contamination or cleaning required before filling.

The ACTIV-DRI vial is available in white and black.  Two sizes are available, a 17 ml vial and a 24 ml vial.
