CAPITOL EUROPE Capabilities to Provide Turnkey Packaging Solutions

CAPITOL EUROPE and CSP TECHNOLOGIES have the proven capabilities to provide customers with turnkey packaging solutions for products that utilize CSP's patented technologies. We have the flexibility of providing these capabilities on a select basis. Therefore, customers have the option to pick and choose any, or all, of these capabilities.

The following is a list of the types of services that we have provided, and have had major project successes with bringing to market:

1. CAPITOL EUROPE and CSP produce initial design concepts using three groups located in New York, Atlanta, and Paris, France. The design groups provide design concepts and also can compliment your industrial design group in the design process.

2. We have our own tool designers and tool shops to build the necessary product molds and we ensure that all proposed designs can be effectively manufactured.

3. Our engineers work directly with machine suppliers and we have designed and built unique machines to run our patented products utilizing high-speed automation.

4. CSP Project Managers are completely responsible for every aspect of the project, from the initial start through customer acceptance. All interfacing is done through one person.

5. We have installed lines for glucose test strip packaging, bulk tablet filling and stacked tablet filling (i.e. effervescent tablets).

6. We have installed full RFID driven automation in dairy laboratories to support the need for efficiency and cost reduction in the dairy Payment schemes.

All of our projects either in sampling or packaging are tailored to our customers' needs, and are handled on a case- by-case basis.
